Program Manager

This is a remote position.

Primary Responsibilities

Designing organizing and supervising all commercial initiatives encompassing Automotive Energy and other industry collaborations trial programs and incentive schemes.

Establishing and executing processes and performance evaluation methods for programs.

Enhancing return on investment (ROI) for programs balancing commercial prospects with necessary investments.

Aligning program objectives and deliverables with broader organizational objectives.

Collaborating with internal and external industry specialists to maximize program value.

Cultivating partnerships with diverse industry stakeholders and influencers.

Monitoring project advancement against milestones and ensuring accountability among team members for assigned duties.

Collaborating with Project Managers and other departments to identify procure and integrate resources for the program.

Identifying obstacles to program execution and escalating issues as needed.

Negotiating and overseeing contracts and agreements with partners and purchasers to meet all requirements.

Requirements

7 to 10 years of experience in program management within one or multiple largescale organizations.

Extensive experience in consumer product management preferably in the technology sector.

Proficiency in managing largescale programs throughout their entire lifecycle.

Experience in managing stakeholders from various disciplines to achieve timely outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in highpressure dynamic and evolving environments.
