Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct outreach and lead generation activities through various channels
• Assist in creating and updating sales and marketing materials such as presentations brochures and proposals
• Engage in social media marketing and content creation to enhance brand visibility
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth
• Assist in organizing and attending promotional events or exhibitions
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and marketing targets
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to help refine product positioning
• Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics
• Assist in maintaining customer databases and CRM systems
• Contribute to the creation of email marketing campaigns and followups
• Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and proposals
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in marketing
• Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous internship or parttime work experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
• Understanding of basic graphic design principles is a plus
• Willingness to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
