Biotech Presales Representative - Dutch - Spain

Position: Dutch Biotech Presales Representative

Location: Fully remote/work from home in Spain

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding client inquiries and detect and establish new business possibilities in selected market area
• Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle
• Proactively detect possibilities of crossselling and upselling and establish new business possibilities
• Retain and grow the existing base of customers
• Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Degree in Biology Biochemistry Chemistry Biotechnology Biomedicine or similar fields is necessary
• Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients is nice to have but is not a mandatory requirement
• Passion for innovative technical products and scientific research
• Team player with a great attitude and excellent set of social and communication skills
• Experience working in a lab environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office package especially Excel
