Fixture Design Engineer - Pravaig

Role

• Design detailing and developing welding and assembly fixtures of full vehicle BIW.

Responsibility

• 2D and 3D designing for BIW fixtures
• BOM creation and self quality checking
• Responsible for detailed engineering design of complex parts in the project
• BIW assembly sequencing 5. Performs basic engineering calculations to verify design integrity.

MustHave Skills

• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and their limitations
• Ability to identify estimate and mark the dimensions prior to designing
• Exposure to Welding Lines Process & Layout (Spot Welding ARC welding)
• Experience in method planning series tool design and manufacturing concepts of BIW Parts.
• Knowledge of Selection of Materials Awareness of Various Global and IS Standards for Material and Testing
• Willing to learn any new technologies required for the role

Software skills

• Solidworks/ UG NX AutoCad

B.E. / BTech / in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Good To Have

• Flexibility to work in a fastpaced startup environment with frequent prioritization adjustment
• Independent and Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering highquality work
• Willing to learn any new technologies required for the role
