الوصف الوظيفي

  • Develop and maintain a network of clients interested in outdoor properties including ranches farms recreational land and rural estates.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels including networking events referrals and digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their goals preferences and budgetary constraints.
  • Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and desires.
  • Coordinate property showings inspections and negotiations on behalf of clients ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
  • Stay uptodate on market trends property values and industry developments related to outdoor real estate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including agents brokers and administrative staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions transactions and property listings.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients partners and stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business real estate marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in real estate sales or relationship management with a focus on outdoor properties preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws regulations and procedures applicable to outdoor properties.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms including CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven track record in real estate sales or relationship management, with a focus on outdoor properties preferred.
