• Act as a subject matter expert in designing building and managing solutions using the Azure cloud platform and associated technologies.
• Drive the DevOps strategy through collaboration with software engineering teams ensure streamlined software delivery and facilitate continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) solutions.
• Guide teams in developing testing and deploying applications on Azure.
• Define best practices for DevOps source control continuous integration automation integration testing and release management in an Azure environment.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterpriselevel software applications ensuring architectural best practices are incorporated.
• Manage Scrum processes coach the team remove impediments and promote selfmanagement to help teams understand and execute the Scrum framework correctly.
• Maintain the capacity plan manage resource allocation and conduct performance reviews.

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as an Azure Solutions Architect Scrum Master and DevOps Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Azure and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps GitLab GitHub etc.
• Certified Solutions Architect. Certifications in Azure and Scrum (CSM PSM or similar) will be advantageous.
• Experienced with Agile methodologies and associated practices like testdriven development lean development and pair programming.
• Deep understanding of the principles and best practices of Software Configuration Management (SCM) in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell Python etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
