Product Control AVP

• Develop and maintain appropriate policies and procedures which ensure the accounting management and financial reporting integrity of the trading desks balance sheet and P&L.
• Develop and execute appropriate procedures for Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Substantiation

• MBA CA CFA ACCA with a minimum of 8 years experience (post qualification) in a financial service industry with at least 2 years of People Management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Control mindset and ability to identify and mitigate and control gaps
• Good understanding of financial market products
