Overview:
The Purchase Executive plays a crucial role in the procurement and supply chain management of the organization. They are responsible for sourcing purchasing and ensuring timely delivery of highquality goods and services at the best possible cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services
- Negotiating pricing terms and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the organization
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Preparing and processing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to improve efficiency and costeffectiveness
- Collaborating with vendors and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Identifying costsaving opportunities and implementing cost reduction initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven experience working in a purchasing or procurement role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in vendor management and relationship building
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Indepth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Good understanding of inventory control and demand forecasting
