Bangalore Location only - 10 Years experience - NET Lead solution Architect

Position: .NET Lead Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect (.NET) who loves to chase business problems with technology solutions in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. You will predominantly work in a design complex solutions Web and Mobile platforms on cloud environment. Build a team design frameworks and develop new methodologies and intellectual property. Train people on the latest technologies and platforms. You should be coach guide and mentor and leaders and build a techsavvy high performance team.

Requirements

1. At least 10 years of experience in technology consulting enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks in Microsoft.NET and related technologies.

2. At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft.NET Framework/ C# / MySQL Skills.

3. Responsible for the development and architecture design of nocode / lowcode platform core systems.

4. Responsible for the infrastructure revamp and engineering bottleneck break through.

5. Participate in solution development in .Net / C# and work with teams to deliver stable highperforming and scalable features.

6. Further develop and mature DevOps best practice.

7. Act as a mentor and coach to the .NET team and further develop the skills of the team.

Must have:

Handson experience with ability to provide right solution to business challenges with latest Microsoft (.NET and Azure) ecosystem.

Deep technical understanding and ability to design and architect solutions independently

Strong architectural and development experience with.NET Core and Azure cloud

Expert and persuasive communication skills (verbal and written)
