Lings English blog attracts over ten thousand daily visitors and we are now seeking a skilled Backlink Specialist to elevate our online presence and support our mission to drive and get more backlinks to increase our visibility in search engines.
As a Backlink and Outreach Specialist your main job is to help our website get noticed more on the internet. Youll be reaching out to others and creating special links to make our site more popular and easier to find on search engines.
Responsibilities
A. Finding Contacts
1. Using Techniques and Tools for Identifying Relevant Contacts
2. Building a Targeted Contact List
B. Email Outreach to Webmasters
1. Crafting Effective Outreach Emails
2. Personalization and Tailoring of Messages
3. Clear Communication and Follow Up
4. Tracking of All Communication Efforts and Results
C. LinkedIn Outreach to Webmasters
1. Crafting Effective LinkedIn Outreach Messages
2. Personalization and Tailoring of Messages
3. Clear Communication and Follow Up
4. Tracking of All Communication Efforts and Results
C. Handling Backlink Deals
1. Negotiating
2. Building Positive Relationships with Webmasters
3. Ensuring WinWin Situations
4. Working Within a Defined Budget
D. Link Insertion
1. Follow Guidelines for Proper Link Placement
2. Coordinating With All Related Team Members
E. Research for Opportunities
1. Identifying HighQuality Backlink Opportunities
2. Staying Updated on Industry Trends
F. General Tasks For Administrative Duties Include:
1. Keyword Research (Dictionary)
2. Checking The Ranking Keywords For Landing Pages
3. Verifying DoFollow And NoFollow Links
4. Collaborating Across Teams To Support Other Team Members (Content Team)
Training and Skill Development
A. Initial Training Period
1. Orientation to Company Processes and Tools
2. Learning from Existing Successful Outreach Campaigns
B. Continuous Improvement
1. Encouraging Proactive Learning
2. Feedback Mechanisms and Performance Reviews
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in any field
- Ability to work in a similar time zone (Thailand s time)
- Proven experience in backlink building outreach and negotiation
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated detailoriented and a team player
- Ability to coordinate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Technical affinity and familiarity with relevant software tools: Google Tools (Sheets Docs Slides)
- Preferred: Familiarity with Snov.io WordPress management SEO and ahrefs analytics (Training will be provided)
