Job Title: Enterprise Software Sales Manager
Location : Kenya

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Manager with a strong background in selling offtheshelf software products for the banking and insurance sectors. As a key member of our sales team you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the banking and insurance sectors in East Africa.
  2. Identify and qualify leads conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
  3. Lead the process of requirement gathering from clients and prospects to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client requirements and showcase the value of our software solutions.
  5. Lead pricing and contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders at prospective and existing client organizations.
  7. Provide ongoing client relationship management including regular communication issue resolution and ensuring client satisfaction.
  8. Gather feedback from clients and prospects to continuously refine and improve sales materials and strategies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and customer requirements to inform sales strategies and proposal development efforts.
  10. Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 810 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on the banking and insurance sectors.
  3. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close highvalue deals.
  6. Willingness to travel extensively within East Africa to meet with clients and prospects.
  7. Proven experience in requirement gathering and proposal building for enterpriselevel software solutions.
  8. Experience in pricing and contract negotiations.
  9. Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Proactive resultsdriven and customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
