Job Overview
We are looking for a Global Shared Service/Tech Support Specialists who would be responsible for working directly with companys customers having excellent communication and problemsolving skills instruct best practices and resolve technical problems when using products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Resolving customer queries recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. While being a proactive support team.
- Provide technical support to end users remotely within defined metrics.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and considerate manner via phone email or chat.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree ( would be great if its in IT background).
- Should have 35 years of experience in technical support or relevant.
- Preferably from outside Goa.
- Previous experience handling international clients would be great.
- Passion for talking to customers.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquettes
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Ambition eagerness and the will to learn and improve upon your skills.
Location: Panjim Goa
