Job Title : Tech Lead

Job Type : FullTime

Experience : 3 to 8 Years

Location : Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a tech lead who will be in charge of managing a group of developers working with crossfunctional teams and making sure that excellent software solutions are successfully delivered. The candidate should have a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering highquality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Experience as a tech lead or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of HTTP and Postman1.
• Providing technical guidance to team members and conducting reviews of technical documentation and artifacts will help to ensure the projects effective initiation planning execution control and completion.
• Lead project development production support and maintenance activities and timesheets should be filled out and sent on time or before the invoice process.
• Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.
• Create and Review functional and technical specification documents and Track open tickets or incidents in the queue allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines.
• identify that analysts follow SLAs KPIs and OLAs and ensure that all in the delivery team including themselves are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster better or in a more economical manner.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the team with the project stakeholders.
• Promote teamwork motivate mentor and develop subordinates.
• Provide application production support as per the process/RACI (Responsible Accountable Consulted and Informed) matrix.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
