Senior Construction Manager mfd

Your Role:

• Manage construction activities of hightech industrial projects
  
• Ensure quality procedures and workflows on the construction site
  
• Coordinate construction activities and subcontractors
  
• Review and oversee construction progress
  
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
  
• Review and approve onsite measurements
  
• Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
  
• Engage in site inspections and acceptance inspections
  
• Record and track defects
  

Requirements

Relevant education in construction
Professional experience in construction supervision of investment projects
Good knowledge of building codes laws local regulations and standards
Good MS Office skills
Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time
Independent and serviceoriented way of working as well as good communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2) both written and spoken
