Sensory Audiology & Optical Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a long standing family run hearing and eye care company with a focus on customer care and excellent eyecare service.

Their business has grown and now has 169 stores across England and are continuing to expand.

My clients aim is to provide all patients with exceptional patient hearing and optical care.

The expansion of their hearing business has boosted continued steady growth where hearing care is now provided in many external optical retailer in over 400 outlets nationwide.

Excellent customer service is vital to the success of your branch and our training will equip you with the technical commercial and managerial skills required to build motivate and lead an efficient and effective branch team.

Your Regional Manager will work closely with you. Their role is one of support and encouragement to help you and your branch realise your full potential.

You will be resposnisble for;

Optical managers typically have a wide range of responsibilities which can include:

  • Managing a team of clinical staff including opticians/ audiologists and administrative support staff
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs
  • Training staff in new equipment or techniques and conducting performance evaluations to ensure that all employees are performing their jobs effectively
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the store including hiring training and scheduling staff members
  • Maintaining inventory of products ensuring that supplies are ordered as needed
  • Analyzing data to identify trends in customer behavior preferences and spending patterns to help improve store performance
  • Ensuring that all products and services offered by the store comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new products as needed
