Resume with an Active License is required- Yes

Coverage Type

Clinic and Call - Call typically 5p-8a

How many Patients will Locum see per day- 5 OR, 20 on clinic day

Average patients they round- 8

Patients per shift- dependent on OR day or clinic day

How many calls do they get on call- varies

Call type- In house, beeper, 2nd call/backup

Type of Surgeries or Procedures - sleeve, roux, gen surg

Need surgical experience - first assist in OR. Bariatic specific experienced preferred

Estimated credentialing timeframe- 30 days
