Overview:

The Product Manager plays a critical role in leading the development implementation and management of the product strategy. They are responsible for defining the product vision gathering and prioritizing product requirements and working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure product success. The Product Manager will drive the product roadmap analyze market trends and gather customer insights to deliver innovative and competitive products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering design and marketing teams to execute product initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and track industry trends.
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and release plans.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate product updates and releases to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage crossfunctional teams and drive product success through effective leadership.
  • Identify and address key challenges and risks related to the product.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate and position the product effectively.
  • Participate in the creation of gotomarket strategies and product positioning.
  • Stay updated on industry standards best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and innovation of the companys product portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Demonstrated success in launching highquality products to market.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and inspire collaboration.
  • Indepth knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
  • Experience with agile development practices and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to transform ideas into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and platforms.
  • Track record of driving product success and achieving business objectives.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Understanding of usercentered design principles and customer feedback mechanisms.
