Job Title: Lead Generator Specialist
Department: Sales and Marketing in IT
Location: Nava India Coimbatore
Position Type: Fulltime
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Lead Generator to join our sales and marketing team in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads contributing to the growth of our customer base and revenue. The Lead Generator will work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of highquality leads and opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead Identification:
  • Research and identify potential leads in the IT sector through various channels such as online research social media and industry events.
Outreach and Engagement:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to engage with key decisionmakers influencers and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and rapportbuilding.
Qualification:
  • Assess the needs and requirements of potential leads to determine their suitability as qualified opportunities.
  • Use established criteria to qualify leads based on budget timeline and specific project needs.
Database Management:
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Regularly update and clean the lead database to ensure data accuracy.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Provide detailed and relevant information on qualified leads to facilitate smooth handover to the sales team.
Performance Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze reports on lead generation activities providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in lead generation preferably in the IT sector.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Goaloriented with a focus on results.
  • Knowledge of IT products services and industry trends.
