• 5 years of experience in developing Integration Artefacts using Workday Technology
• Designing development testing and deployment of Workday integrations using Custom Report EIB Core Connector PICOF PECI and Workday Studio.
• Have worked on at least one EndtoEnd Workday Implementation project
• Good to have knowledge on developing Workday Payroll Integration
• Gather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementation
• Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements technical specs design custom development integration testing UAT and deployment
• Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any) enhance and apply required updates as necessary
• Monitor and ensure successful completion of integration runs
• Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards
• Track issues and risks communicate status and escalate concerns
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution. Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions as needed
• Partner with the team on Integrations solution design development delivery and documentation
