Overview:

We are seeking a Tech Support Executive to join our team and assist in managing our internal hosting and domain infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web hosting domain management and technical troubleshooting. If you are techsavvy and eager to learn even without prior experience we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Handling Internal Hosting and Domains: Manage the setup configuration and maintenance of hosting accounts and domain registrations for company use.

Website Hosting on Server: Ensure our internal websites are hosted on our servers ensuring optimal performance and security.

DNS Entry FTP Hosting Control Panel: Manage DNS entries FTP accounts and hosting control panels to ensure smooth internal website operations.

Resolving ServerSide Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve serverside issues to minimize downtime for internal users.

Creating Mails on Mail Enable / Smarter Mail: Set up internal email accounts using Mail Enable or Smarter Mail configure email clients and troubleshoot emailrelated problems.

Resolving Technical Issues: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.

Setting Up Name Servers: Configure and manage name servers for internal domains ensuring proper DNS resolution.

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of web hosting domains and technical support concepts (prior experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail.
