We are now looking for a German speaking Head of Experience Management (f/m/d) where you will have a key role in evolving the Instore experiences for global brands and leading retailers by leading our Consulting business and being responsible for the Consulting budget operations and customer satisfaction.

Tasks

  • Lead and inspire squad leaders to achieve peak performance as well as foster their personal growth and professional development.
  • Provide strategic guidance and handson coaching to squads empowering
    them to enhance the instore experience for our esteemed global brand
    partners and leading retailers.
  • Effectively manage and oversee the consulting departmental budget
    ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support our mission and
    goals
  • Implementation of the Consulting way of working in every squad.
  • Ensure that our Consulting deliveries have a high standard with high customer satisfaction.
  • Assure squad structures meet global business and customer needs optimizing competencies and resources for maximum impact.
  • Align with the Swedish Global Head of Consulting and various internal teams to constantly improve the collaboration between Consulting and other departments.
  • Develop customercentric visions and strategies and advise global customers and partners from various industries in their digital transformation whilst building your own Squad along the line later on.

Requirements

  • Passion for experiences: We believe that being passionate about improving the omnichannel experience is important preferably by having a retail background. A technical understanding is certainly also helpful!
  • Think like a customer: A customercentric approach and always wanting to solve the customers needs from both a customer experience and business perspective
  • Business mindset: Taking responsibility for the budget and the business both from a sales/revenue perspective and also from a cost perspective
  • Make it simple: Good leadership skills and structured approach will help the squads do the right things
  • Dare to Challenge: Always wanting to evolve both our own business and our customers instore experiences
  • Strong communication skills: German and English is a must

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position which is as per the collective agreement 4100 gross per month based on fulltime employment (38.5 h/week). However the package will be based on your qualifications and experience.
