Standards Procedures Specialist

You will develop, write, distribute and continuously update all service manuals, reference guides, product and services notices, reminders, leaders' alerts and other communication across all communication channels. Additionally, you will evaluate customer and crew reports / feedback, and data obtained from partner departments and external sources to identify areas of improvement to the current product and service. Other key responsibilities will include: .

Participate in ongoing digital communication forums between Cabin Crew and management to respond to current product and service initiatives .

Maintain the accuracy of content for products and services on iPrism / MS Teams / Aerodocs or any other corporate platforms used by Cabin Crew .

Undertake and complete the required audits and present findings for improvement .

Participate in Marketing and Social Media shoots / campaigns in liaison with Product & Service Managers .

Qualifications About you: • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4-years job-experience or high school with a minimum of 5-years of job-experience. • Cabin Crew experience in a supervisory position. • Strong track record in designing, producing and delivering impactful communication activity. • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office products). • Ability to present work quickly and accurately, under pressure to meet deadlines. • Willing to work occasionally long hours to meet the needs of the business. • Demonstrate creative flair and innovative thinking. • Good knowledge and experience of QR product and services. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
