Product Manager

• Preparing implementation plans using MS Project.
• Involvement in Effort Estimation of the Project.
• Managing and executing projects on schedule and creating project documents.
• Managing a 50 people Web and dot net development team.
• Setting up systems and procedures to adhere to quality guidelines.
• Taking complete ownership of all timely deliveries of projects as per the quality/scope promised.
• Constantly monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Responding to RFPs and documentation activities such as SRS etc.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and new initiatives.
• Escalating challenges or scope increments from clients to superiors in a timely manner.
• Anticipating technical bottlenecks in projects and escalating them to superiors.
• Vendor Management.

• A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Any graduate qualification.
• Strong knowledge of dot net 4.0 and successful design of systems using the Ntier approach.
• Experience in managing resources timelines customer interaction and deliverables of the project (cost quality and timelines).
• Experience in working or managing projects across technologies preferably Dot Net.
• The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Great troubleshooting skills in providing direction to the team in challenging situations.
