Role and Responsibilities:
As a District Coordinator you will be responsible for effective program coordination at the district level. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Willingness to travel to different locations across the district for a minimum of 50% of total working time.
- Conducting training sessions for Anganwadi workers.
- Supporting the Program Managers in various tasks.
- Additional responsibilities as requested by the Program Managers.
Candidate Qualifications:
To succeed in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in any NGO field related profile.
- Comfort with using technology and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Basic MS Excel Skills
Required Skills:
- Effective communication skills
- Close alignment with RLs core values and principles
- Missiondriven enthusiastic and optimistic
Additional Information:
Only candidates from UP will be considered.
The salary offered is INR 22000 per month along with travel allowances.
Having a 2wheeler is desirable
