Role and Responsibilities:
- Create product propositions for various projects and develop a comprehensive 360degree communication strategy across different touchpoints.
- Take ownership of the brand and outline vision goals strategies and tasks to accomplish the set objectives.
- Monitor market trends competitive activities and conduct consumer research to identify challenges and opportunities for the real estate category.
- Manage marketing spends define KPIs for each marketing activity track ROI and make continuous adjustments to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Oversee all creative and consumer communication development including packaging brand campaigns digital and retail.
- Execute digital campaigns for lead generation and enhance social media assets to increase user engagement and brand awareness.
- Enhance websites and social media platforms and develop strategies to promote the companys projects effectively.
- Provide support to the business development and sales teams by assisting with pitch and review presentations.
- Utilize excellent communication team networking and collaboration skills to work across various teams.
- Utilize analytics and program management experience to drive progress within the organization.
- Implement gotomarket strategies for launches and sustenance.
- Act as a technology advocate to build necessary processes review numbers and ensure effective tracking for sales improvement.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
812 years of experience in real estate marketing and strategy development.
Proven expertise in digital campaigns communication strategies and consumer research.
Strong analytical skills and experience in program management.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and marketing initiatives with a focus on leveraging technology.
