Front Desk Executive

• A pleasant personality well groomed appearance and good work ethic.
• Good communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
• Knowledge of computers including proficiency in MS Office programs like Word Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Access is desirable.

• Greet visitors and provide them with the information they require.
• Answer screen and forward phone calls and provide basic information.
• Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries.
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments
• Collect payments issue receipts and reconcile petty cash at the end of every day
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing photocopying collating faxing etc.
