Position: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition and Operations)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months

Company Overview:
Victrix Systems & Labs Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining handson experience in the field of talent acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will work closely with our HR professionals to support various recruitment activities and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Job Summary:
As an HR Intern (Talent Acquisition and Operations) at Victrix Systems and Labs you will have the opportunity to gain valuable handson experience in the field of Human Resources. This internship is designed to expose you to various aspects of talent acquisition and HR operations providing you with a solid foundation for a future HR career. You will work closely with our HR team and assist in the recruitment process onboarding and various HR operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
  • Assist in the endtoend recruitment process including job posting sourcing candidates screening resumes conducting interviews and reference checks.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate profiles and recording interview feedback.
  • Support in building a talent pipeline and researching innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Participate in employer branding activities to attract top talent such as creating job descriptions and social media content.

HR Operations:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires including preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientation sessions.
  • Support HR administration by maintaining personnel records employee databases and documentation related to benefits and payroll.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives such as organizing events surveys and feedback collection.
  • Help in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with various adhoc HR projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters program with a focus on Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR team.
