HR Recruiter Senior Recruiter

• Conducting fullcycle recruitment including job posting resume screening interviewing and extending offers
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Evaluating candidates skills and qualifications through interviews assessments and reference checks
• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate
• Fresher or 2 years of IT & Non IT recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Understanding of applicant tracking systems
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
