Role and Responsibilities:
As an HR Recruiter at Nergy India Pvt Ltd you will play a vital role in talent acquisition and recruitment. Your responsibilities will include determining job requirements screening candidates forecasting hiring needs promoting the companys brand through recruitment initiatives and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants. You will also be responsible for liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs determining selection criteria sourcing potential candidates through various channels managing hiring processes via applicant tracking systems evaluating applications conducting interviews and preparing hiring forecasts as part of the companys strategic planning. Additionally you will be required to stay informed of advancements in the field and develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends.

Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should have a bachelors degree in human resources management or a similar field along with 23 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems the ability to liaise with internal departments and exceptional skills in screening candidates compiling shortlists and interviewing candidates are essential. Experience in creating brand awareness and establishing professional relationships with candidates along with proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
