. Key Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in Handling statutory registers and records for companies
Filing of statutory forms and reporting under various Regulatory authorities
Preparing Minutes of the Board Meeting and General Meetings
Drafting Agenda notice Board Resolutions Special Resolution
Preparing draft memorandum on advisory w.r.t. transactions under Companies Act 2013 FEMA & IBC
Development and Maintaining of Compliance tracker mechanism
Coordinating with accounts and audit department for transactions involving compliances under Companies Act 2013 and rules thereunder
XBRL filing of Annual Financial statements with RoC
Analyzing the provisions of Company Law/FEMA/IBC/Competition Law/Banking Laws and its presentation in simplified manner
Analyzing and preparation of articles/ write up on the recent case laws circulars and notifications
Assisting in developing tools/calculators under Companies Act 2013 FEMA
. Required Experience
Total experience (Year wise) : 03 years
Experience Work wise in capacity of : Company Law FEMA IBC
Preferred Industry/ Company : any CS Firm Law Firm or Publications Industry
