Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows.
• Build efficient and reusable frontend systems and abstractions.
• Implement and maintain state management with Redux.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Establish and implement best practices and standards for frontend development.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Integrate frontend with backend services and APIs.
• Identify and resolve performance and maintenance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in frontend development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Work in an agile environment and contribute to sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt.
• Collaborate with designers to implement clean and elegant user experiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ReactJS Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g. Immutable.js).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Experience in agile methodologies and software development practices.
• Solid understanding of web markup including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with serverside and fullstack development using Node.js is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for writing clean efficient and maintainable code.
