Sr Java Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement highquality Javabased applications and solutions
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
• Debug troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues
• Perform code reviews ensure code quality and maintain coding standards
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis design testing and deployment
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Java development
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
• Document software features technical specifications and user guides
• Contribute to the maintenance and support of existing applications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Java developer with a focus on enterpriselevel applications
• Extensive knowledge of Java J2EE and the Spring framework
• Proficiency in database design and development with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with version control systems build tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment and apply Agile methodologies
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Experience with testdriven development and automated testing frameworks
• Capability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability
• Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively while ensuring highquality deliverables
