We are currently seeking an experienced HR recruiter to join our team. As an HR recruiter at Xponent n Services you will play a crucial role in sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients hiring needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a proven track record in bulk hiring and targetoriented recruitment.

Role and Responsibilities

As an HR recruiter at Xponent n Services your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirements
  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job portals social media and professional networks
  • Conducting prescreening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Managing the endtoend recruitment process including resume screening conducting interviews and coordinating with candidates for further assessments
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate network by proactively engaging with potential candidates and maintaining relationships with existing candidates
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Meeting individual and team targets to ensure timely and efficient recruitment delivery
  • Handling recruitmentrelated documentation and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to handle bulk hiring and targetoriented recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
