Overview:

The Inside Sales Cloud Executive plays a crucial role in driving the companys revenue by effectively managing and expanding the customer base through sales efforts and cloud solutions. This role is vital in implementing sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote cloud solutions and generate sales leads
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes
  • Effectively communicate the value of cloud products and services to potential customers
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company success
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers and develop strong customer relationships
  • Stay updated on industry trends and cloud technology advancements to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and crossselling cloud services to existing customers
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries and convert them into successful sales
  • Participate in sales meetings trainings and events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and customer feedback using sales performance metrics
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies and processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in inside sales preferably in cloud solutions or IT Solution technology industry
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic sales environment
  • Sound understanding of cloud computing concepts and services
  • Customeroriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to adapt to and embrace new sales techniques and technologies
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Proactive and resourceful in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics in cloud solutions and services
