Client Account Managers

• Shortlisting of programs as per the profile assessment.
• Regularly follow up with clients about the ongoing process of the application.
• Monitor and keep track of existing client applications and keep them abreast of the latest updates on their applications.
• Submission of Applications to Colleges/Universities or B2B Partners.
• Continuous followup with B2B partners is required until the student s application is submitted to the institution(s).
• Guide clients through the college fees GIC payments and education loan process.
• Guide clients for scheduling medical appointments and PCC appointments.
• Guide clients through the necessary documentation required for visa filling. (All Supporting documents financial documents etc.)
• Fill out the visa form and improve the first draft of the Statement of Purpose Letter (SOP) once received from the client.
• Visa file submission: after reviewing all documents guide clients to the biometrics appointment.
• Guide clients for postvisa and postlanding services.

• Be super organized and be able to prioritize work very well.
• Problem solvers work independently and interact and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Multitasking paying attention to details and working with frequent interruptions while adhering to strict deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Work as a team player in a changing and growing environment.
• Use and maintain standard office equipment. (E.g. multiline phones photocopiers Printers laptops office infrastructure etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the use of computer applications including word processing (MS Word) spreadsheets (Excel) email and Internet searching; ability to use CRM tools for regular updates and monitoring of clients.
• Candidates with experience in business research legal writing or content writing will be given preference.
