Role: DGM Projects (Group Projects) / Real Estate Mumbai
Location: Khar West Head Office
Budget:LPA toLPA
Qualification: BE Civil in engineering NICMAR passout will be an additional advantage
Experience: Minimum 15 years of construction industry knowledge

Role and Responsibilities:
Job description:
  • Manage all aspects of project execution including but not limited to schedule development and management budget development and management internal approvals design and construction document production RFP processes construction MEP furniture move Responsible for ensuring project is executed within defined schedule and budget
  • Oversee all aspects relating to the planning design construction and occupancy of Residential & Commercial Projects
  • Review all proposed plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities
  • Manage annual capital planning process
  • Coordinate with Construction Managers and the Supply Chain department to identify and partner with select vendors to perform outsourced services for an assigned project
  • Carry out plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction
  • Plan manage and coordinate minor workspace modifications & construction activities in the region and ensure they are in compliance with various OHS/EHS Access Fire &Safety standards
  • Chair weekly project meetings with consultants and internal partners ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to all internal groups as required
  • Spearhead project in full
  • Manage Architect/Interior Designer/Procurement Agent
  • Bidding and negotiating General Contractor Services
  • Conduct quality control activities in accordance with instructions inspection programs using specified control measuring and testing equipment
  • Performed scheduled financial and operational analysis and reporting to illustrate controls over the actual planned and proposed spend of capital
  • Work with the director and in partnership with corporate finance and risk to deliver against policy guidelines and approved budgets
  • Assess submissions for completeness and compliance
  • Coordinate with and trains stakeholders on our systems processes and procedures
  • Manage business expectations through effective communication to coincide with the execution schedule
Key Skills:
  • Assist and Prepare Development Plans including but not limited to:
  • Preparation of Project Schedule
  • Preparation of Project Proforma
  • Preparation of Project Description
  • Preparation of Market Analysis
  • Preparation of Construction Budgets
  • Manage and provide research and documentation in the delivery of project development
plans.
