INDUSTRY: Real Estate
ROLE: HR Manager
QUALIFICATION: PGDM / MBA in HR
EXPERIENCE: 810 years (Real Estate Exp)
SALARY: 600000 LPA to 900000 LPA
LOCATION: Prabhadevi (Mumbai)
TIMINGS: 10am to 7pm. (2nd & 4th Saturday Sunday OFF)

Payroll Management
Compensation & benefits
HR Operationattendance management
Employee Engagement
MIS Statutory
Compliance & Audit
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Thorough knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations.
Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience in strategic planning and implementation
Proven experience as manager in HR role
