الوصف الوظيفي
Industry: Real Estate
Role: Storekeeper / Store Incharge
Location: Bandra or Andheri (Mumbai)
Budget: 7 to 10 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma or B. Tech/B.E.
Experience: min. 5 years in storekeeping (Preferably in Real Estate)
Role and Responsibilities:
Job description:
To Report to Project Head; Site Engineer.
Record the Store Material Receipt and Consumption
Checking Stock as per records.
Receiving Material; stocking; recording of receipts; assisting the Engineer to prepare quality reports of the received materials.
Issue materials as per the Indent of different works.
General supervision of the site regarding wastage of material improper use of material etc.
Recollecting any balance / unused materials at the end of the working days.
Update records on display boards and display slates regarding the stock.
Prepare fortnightly / monthly consumption reports jointly with the junior / site engineers.
Prepare a list of excess materials & material transfer.
Take periodic Stocks frequent monitoring and reporting stock status.
Overseeing the daily operation of store making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
Plan at least a fortnight in advance as to what material would be required at site.
Quality check of materials to be done wherever required.
