Overview
The Sales manager International Business is responsible for establishing the business and maximizing sales revenue in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Promote a work culture in line with the company ethos philosophy and business needs Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up the business and driving revenue targets for the company in Africa.
- Generating new leads from the healthcare industry such as hospitals nursing homes etc.
- Building a pipeline to build the business and monitor and track the full sales funnel to ensure closure on a timely basis.
- Explore various channels to build the sales pipeline that may also include onboarding and developing channel partners.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Develop an understanding of any cultural or legal differences in the market and often travel overseas to make sales.
- Building professional relationships with all the stakeholders by conducting engagement activities.
Requirements
- 810 years of experience in International sales of Medical devices SaaS or software solutions
- Prior experience of launching and expanding sales in Africa/Middle East is mandatory
- Familiar with the cultural and Legal settings as pertaining to sales
- High business acumen and execution excellence
- Extensive understanding of sales techniques and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Open to travel internationally especially Africa.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
