Logistics Executive

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Manage and maintain inventory levels to minimize excess or shortage
• Coordinate with suppliers manufacturers and customers to ensure smooth transportation and delivery
• Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies to improve efficiency
• Monitor and analyze transportation and logistics costs
• Ensure compliance with shipping customs and trade regulations
• Resolve any issues or disruptions in the supply chain
• Utilize logistics IT systems to track shipments and resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business operations
• Prepare and present logistics reports to management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics warehouse management or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of shipping and customs regulations
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
• Understanding of inventory control principles
