Description
As Salesforce Administrator you ll play a vital role at FashionTV. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform gathering requirements and feedback designing scalable best practice solutions and managing the product road map. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives in order to quickly identify areas of improvement.
Responsibilities
- Customize Salesforce fields page layouts record types workflows and processes to meet organizational needs.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for different user groups.
- Performing Salesforce administrator for Sales Cloud & Salesforce Marketing cloud application functions including maintenance and updates system.
- Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow assignment rules approval processes fields page layouts record types dynamic layouts apps actions custom settings mobile administration dashboards and report.
- Create and maintain documentation related to configuration processes and policies.
- New user and ongoing user training
- Setup the user with perfect profile and permission set
- Lead and Data management from lead in to lead out journey
- Strong control on Data
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving and analytical thinking.
