Bio Medical Engineer

Job description

• Perform installation maintenance calibration and repair of dialysis machines Xray machines CArm systems and DR equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including biomedical engineering clinical staff and vendors to ensure proper functioning of the equipment.
• Train healthcare personnel on the proper usage maintenance and safety procedures related to the equipment.
• Keep detailed records of service activities including maintenance reports service tickets and inventory management.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends in the field of biomedical engineering.
• Comply with regulatory guidelines safety standards and quality assurance protocols.

• Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in field service for medical equipment specifically with dialysis machines Xray machines CArm systems and DR equipment.
• Strong knowledge of the principles and operation of biomedical equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with safety regulations quality standards and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to various healthcare facilities within the Delhi / Gurgaon region as required.
