Job Description:
Must have Skillset: Power BI Tableau MS Excel Creation of POC reports.
For Data Mining engineer we have the following requirement
Good knowledge of SalesForce Database
ability to create reports using the sales force database
like Case Volumes / weekly / monthly trends
SR to PR Ratio
Top SR Generators by Region / Component / product
MTTR calculation (SRs with PRs and SRs without PRs)
Good knowledge of Excel
Good Knowledge of Power BI
Some degree of Python scripting experience
data mining,tableau,power bi
