We are currently expanding our call center team and are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Call Center Agents. If you are a customeroriented professional with excellent communication skills we want to hear from you.

Tasks

1. Customer Assistance: Assist customers in resolving issues troubleshooting problems and ensuring a positive experience with our products/services.
2. Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter and update customer information in the system maintain detailed records of interactions and document any customer feedback.
3. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services to effectively communicate features benefits and troubleshoot common problems.
5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members supervisors and other departments to address customer needs and provide seamless service

Requirements

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
3. Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
