Fifty years Company with offices in Houston New Orleans and Florida is seeking a couple of fulltime Associate Attorneys (04 years) to join its busy Federal compensation litigation (Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act Defense Base Act) division.
These positions involve insurance defense of injury litigation and federal compensation claims.
Requirements
Injury litigation.
Federal compensation litigation (Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act Defense Base Act).
Licensed to practice law in Florida

7-13 years experience as a corporate attorney (either in a large law firm or a combination of a large law firm and in-house experience) with relevant legal experience in the insurance industry (preferably life insurance) or substantial public company experience in related industry.
