We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven AccountBased Marketing (ABM) Specialist with a strong background in the software development services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM strategies to drive engagement generate leads and support revenue growth. The ABM Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with key accounts.

Responsibilities:

ABM Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive accountbased marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts based on strategic criteria and collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with key decisionmakers in the software development services industry.
  • Utilize a multichannel approach including email social media content marketing and events to engage and nurture target accounts.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop personalized and compelling content tailored to specific accounts.
  • Ensure content aligns with the buyers journey and addresses the unique challenges and pain points of the software development services industry.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement conversion rates and pipeline impact.
  • Use data insights to optimize continually and improve ABM strategies.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand their goals gather feedback and adjust ABM strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to integrate ABM initiatives into broader marketing programs.

Technology Utilization:

  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline ABM processes and ensure accurate tracking of campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools to enhance ABM capabilities.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the budget for ABM initiatives ensuring costeffective campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in accountbased marketing preferably within the software development services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing business or a related field.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop targeted campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and personalized content.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams particularly with sales teams.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools CRM systems and other relevant marketing technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the software development services industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced environment staying current with industry trends and best practices.
