Project Manager Study: Architect for branches and office buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis based on client requirements.
• Develop and evaluate various solution scenarios considering cost timelines and complexity.
• Create detailed project plans including budgets timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Provide project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Analyzing and developing various solutions.
• Managing project budgets timelines and quality.
• Collaborating with diverse partners and providing reports.
• Ensuring adherence to conceptual guidelines and company standards.
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Relationships:

• Within the company: Client Relationship Manager Global Project Manager RE Asset Manager.
• Outside the company: Government agencies utilities and other organizations.

Language Requirements:

• English: Professional proficiency
• French: Native
• Dutch:Professional proficiency

Requirements:

• Education: Architecture Degree
• At least5years of relevant experience
• Autocad
• Office Suite
• Commercial construction and promotion projects (design and budget calculations)

Nice to have:

• Archibus
• Banking environment

Soft skills: Teamplayer independent and proactive

Location: Belgium 50% on site & 50% remote
