Handson experience in Linux Server Troubleshooting Coordinating Resolving Issues & Tickets
Sharp knowledge on commanding partlike TOP Load Avg SCREEN GREP OR CRON JOBS
Support for settlement queries in Linux
Support to technical issues and queries.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Solid understanding of Incident Lifecycle processes
Perform functional testing to troubleshoot the issues.
Bug analysis and report to fix.
Requirements
Experience Level 0 to 2 Years
Location Mumbai & Nashik
Handling Clients Calls through email(s)/Calls(s) if required remote support
Ensure a mail response & closure of the call through mail or phone.
Should be able to troubleshoot issues Installation deployment & Implementation of s/w.
Good communication skills Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24*7)
Knowledge of the capital market will be an added advantage.
