Manage personnel files; complete and compliant (in both hard and soft copy) with Chemonics policy, local labor laws, and USAID regulations.
Maintain accurate timesheet records and ensure all timesheets are submitted on time with correct approvals.
Ensure all personnel trackers are maintained according to the requirement, ensure confidentiality and safety of the data.
Manage and administer drafting agreements according to appropriate plans and labor laws requirements, bring any requirement changes or suggestions for improvement to HR Manager, as needed.
Manage the employee benefits, such as insurance, liaising with companies providing such benefits as needed to ensure quality services provided.
Ensuring the long- and short-term employment agreement (EA) templates are up to date, regularly reviewed by the HR Manager in coordination with other Chemonics projects in Jordan and local legal counsel; communicate changes when applicable.
Ensure all HR management practices conform to the project’s and Chemonics’ policies, best practices, USAID rules and regulations, and the local labor laws.
Updating all the trackers related to upcoming assessment, leave balances, personnel files, and all other personnel stuff.
