Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to oversee and guide a scrum team. The scrum masters responsibilities include ensuring that the development team follows scrum framework values and agile practices mentoring and motivating the team to improve processes facilitating meetings and decisionmaking processes and eliminating team impediments.

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master with 57 years experience successfully delivering Agile projects

• Background in software development testing or program management

• Proficiency in delivery to the cloud using CI/CD approach

• Expertise in coaching and training those with less experience in Agile management and within the scrum team

• Knowledge of project/portfolio management tools such as Jira Confluence Microsoft Azure DevOps Sharepoint etc.

• Competency in a B2B environment where customers may be internal teams or contract driven

• Proven communication interpersonal & coaching skills

• Passion for science data and learning

• Ability to communicate with business and technical users at all levels internally and externally

• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and adapt to changing customer needs in highly competitive conditions

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a regulated industry

• Interest in Oncology

English level:Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Lead the scrum team using Agile methodology and Scrum practices

• Schedule and facilitate the various scrum meetings: planning standup demo retro

• Work with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are prepared properly

• Ensure team status sprint status and release status is communicated across the org at all times

• Meet with external teams to remove impediments to delivery

• Able to build datadriven dashboards to communicate realtime statu.

• Coach team members to ensure they are selforganizing cross trained & growing their capabilities

• Support the Product Owner and provide education where needed
